Luggage, cloakroom, and lockers: You can store your coat, small bags, and umbrellas in the lockers at the museum’s cloakroom. Large rucksacks, luggage, and other bulky items are prohibited in the museum, so please leave them at your hotel or in storage.
Lost and Found: If you lose something during your visit, please report it to the information desk.
Photography and filming: Photography (without flash and tripod) is allowed for personal, non-commercial use except for the Van Gogh along the Seine exhibition. Please respect the privacy of other visitors and do not endanger the art.
Mobile phones: Please limit your use of mobile phones in the museum, especially in the galleries.
Food and drink: Eating and drinking are not allowed in the museum. Please enjoy food and drinks in our restaurant or café.
Smoking prohibited: Smoking is prohibited in the museum or on the grounds.
Pets: Only guide dogs fitted with suitable harnesses are permitted in the museum.
